The Seagulls returned at Llanelian Rd for their latest league game. The league matches are usually played on local 5g pitches. It was fantastic to see the team run out at the ‘Home of Football’ in the Bay, where they truly belong.
The home side are once again on an unbeaten run, While the visitors have only one point in the league so far, and obviously no wins under their belt.
Both sides decided to play the match in three 20 minute periods.
Anna Jones was the first on the score sheet in the 18th minute with a solo run and shot on goal. Prestatyn cancelled out Anna goal in the second 20 minutes segment.
The game was quite evenly matched until the final 20 minutes when the home team finally showed their true form with goals from Laura Jones and Jodie Parry.
And so the Bay continue on their victorious run.
